Lou’s report was combined by four parts: 1. Common concepts of psychological health; 2. How to improve the anti-frustration ability; 3. common psychological problems of graduate Students; 4.mental regulation with frustration syndrome. Then Lou explained to us in details the standard of mental health and the origin of pain, guided us to learn how to overcome obstacles and learn to wait and how to face the pressure from study, work and relationship. Also Lou recommended specially the “six suggestions for graduates about how to get on well with tutors”, which should be beneficial to students

At about eight, Lou shared with students his life motto: look at me from view of my whole life, not my short stage. There is no defeaters but only one who give up. Never give up in your life. At last, Meng announced the report came to an end and hot applause was burst from students present.
