Sep 7th, in the morning, Qinguo Huang, president of research institute of Jiangxi Province, led relevant scholars of institute of applied chemistry to visit our department, and two parties had a discussion on strengthening research cooperation. Professors present the discussion, were Dean Zhikang Xu, who presided the conference, Qingwen Wang, vice secretary of the Party of the department, and teacher Mang Wang.

President Qinguo Huang briefly introduced the general situation and development strategy of research institute of Jiangxi Province. He opined that research institute of Jiangxi Province knew the demand of scientific research of Jiangxi Province very well, however, the department of polymer science and engineering had great advantage in talents cultivation. So he expected that two sides would cooperate to apply for projects referred to non-metallic materials and polymer materials to speed up transformation of scientific and technological achievements, as well as strengthen the talents cultivation in order to increase the level of scientific research. Following, researcher Xionghui Li, director of institute of applied chemistry, gave a short introduction of the general situations of the institute, and two young researchers of research institute of Jiangxi Province presented their research subjects and existing problems at present.
Dean Zhikang Xu, also gave a brief introduction of our department, and professor Baoku Zhu, Yihu Song, Changyou Gao generally introduced the three institutes, separately. Professor Cao Gao, associate professor Hongmei Yang and Lie Shen, presented the applied prospects of Graphene, high-voltage cable materials and conducting polymers, separately.
Teacher Mang Wang thought organosilicon was such an important industry that cooperation with enterprises should be promoted. Meanwhile, both sides should improve innovation capablity and never give up fundamental research, making full use of advantages of our department to improve research ability of researchers.
Dean Zhikang Xu, also hoped to reinforce two parties' communiction and cooperation to open up the double-win situation with talents team of high quality.
