Academic Exchange with SCCE, Shanghai Jiao Tong University

On the morning of May 7th, under the lead of Dean Lu Qinghua and Deputy secretary Gong Peimin from SCCE, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, 18 visitors of which come to Zhejiang University and developed academic exchange with DPSE, Zhejiang University. Dean Xu Zhikang, deputy secretary of the party committee Wang Qingwen, and deputy director Chen Hongzheng, Wang Qi of DPSE, Zhejiang University warmly received the visitors as well as attended academic exchange.

The academic exchange meeting was held at 14:00 in Wenya pavilion of DPSE Building. Considering postgraduate education, development of young college teachers and relevant problems, the attendants had a profound discussion and exchange. Professor Xu Zhikang introduced characteristics of discipline of DPSE, Zhejiang University, institution, principle directors, research direction, construction of teaching faculty, academic thesis, et al. Then Professor Lu Qinghua described the overall developmental situation of SCCE as well as DPSE,

Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He especially stressed on that they have stronger superiority in the area of fluorine-containing functional material, cable material, military products and so on, which could be made breakthrough progress in the application of biomacromolecule, macromolecular membrane material, airplane composite et al. The visitors visited DPSE Building accompanied by staff from DPSE, Zhejiang University after the meeting, and made further academic exchange.
