Volunteers from the Party branch of grade 2012 offered consultancy services on the choice of major

In the afternoon of April 4th, volunteers from the Party branch of grade 2012 offered consultancy services on the choice of major to the junior undergraduates in the Lantian Academy.

With the advent of major confirmation, the junior undergraduates were confused in choosing a proper major. Volunteers taking part in this activity had different experiences. Some of them transferred from other majors, some were preparing to study abroad and some were preparing for the postgraduate qualifying examination. All of them came to offer advices to the junior undergraduates’ questions. Besides, the volunteers also introduced the research directions, career prospects and curriculum in polymer science and engineering to the undergraduates.

This activity not only helped the junior students in choosing their major, but also promoted the internal cohesion of the Party branch.
