Novel photovoltaic materials and devices

New-generation photovoltaic techniques with low-cost solution-processability, including organic solar cells, organic-inorganic nanocrystals hybrid solar cells, and perovskite solar cells, are one of main research interests in our lab. Our study focuses on the design and synthesis of new active-layer materials and interface-modification materials, the tuning of the morphology of the active layer, and the optimization of device architecture and fabrication processes, in order to achieve high-efficiency and high-stability photovoltaic devices.
