Cancellation & Refund Policy
Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to cesb2015@zju.edu.cn
•Participates who who wish to cancer their registeration before March 15th will receive a full refund with less than 50 euro administration charge.
•No refunds will be given after 16st March 2015.

1) For hotel reservation of Huagang HNA Resort (the meeting site), please contact the secretary of the conference (cesb2015@zju.edu.cn).
2) If you want to apply a business visa to China, please send a copy of your passport and planned duration in China to the secretary of the conference (cesb2015@zju.edu.cn), only with these information, we can prepare an official invitation for visa application.
