Principal Accountability:
Technical development
Independently work with technical or project team to improve foam property including normal and aging, enhance or develop comfort strength through systematical research, systematical lab evaluation/analysis of products, and physical property test
Build up formulation and MDI Variants knowledge
develop cost effective or affordable and robust formulation as per required Spec
Carry out machine evaluation on product performance independently if necessary
Edit complete trial plan and implement strictly, trial report is needed for inputting database
Project development
Product or application development or optimization plan in line with defined pipeline and market need like line low emission, low odor, good aging property, high comfort requirement, low density etc
Connect with global expertise platform, Transfer best practice in other regions to China including formulations, processing. As a minimum become proficient in running continuous lines at an industrial scale to maximize properties
Troubleshooting work
Provide technical service support to Autoflex customers
Fast and quality response to customer request on time
Maintain relationship with counterparts at high standard during daily work
Improve and resolve customer production problems by modifying existing products carry out machine evaluation on product performance independently
Creating business opportunity by providing consultant service to customers

岗位描述：
Principal Accountability:
1. EHS Fully comply with Huntsman EH&S and Product Stewardship standards; always keep laboratory in good house keeping condition and comply with PPE requirement while working at lab.
2. Physical Testing & Material Characterization Follow the procedures of testing standards precisely in conducting physical property test and thermal analysis, then submit the testing report, based on right format, to the requester in an efficient and accurate manner. Act as a backup for chemical analysis in a non-regular base.
3. Equipment Maintenance Ensure the testing equipment are always maintained in operational condition and keep good filing for those usage / maintenance / calibration records or documents.
4. Communication Ensure the proper communication among physical and chemical analysis team members and leverage skills and knowledge from one another. Ensure effective communication with local business development team, key internal customers from TS and colleagues from QA/QC and manufacturing/process team.
