3. Responsibilities
As the Senior Chemical Engineer, you will:
- Be responsible to wet chemical process optimization and transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
- Be responsible to failure analysis, yield and conversion efficiency improvement.
- Be responsible to chemical analysis, laboratory setup, deployment and operation.
- Help draft government funding project application.
4. Qualifications
- PhD in analytical chemistry, applied chemistry, fine chemistry or related subjects.
- 1 year or above experiences on wet chemical process, basic Kansan knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to lead / work in a cross functional team.
- Technical skills including problem solving, statistical data analysis, design of experiment.
Good communication and coordination skills, good written and spoken English. |
