JOB PURPOSE
- Develop novel new heat transfer labels that are highly valued by customers, especially the Retail Brands in the Performance market
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :
- Become a technical expert in heat transfer label products, application processes and applications.
- Develop novel new heat transfer labels that are highly valued by customers, especially the key RBOs in the Performance market
- Build strong relationships with cross functional stage gate project teams, especially project managers, marketing, procurement, quality, manufacturing and compliance.
- Consistently follow the HTL innovation process.
- Create an innovative environment founded on the scientific method, a desire to be entrepreneurial and take calculated risks and a strong spirit of continual improvement.
- Implement current best practices and develop new ones needed to improve performance
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :
• PhD Degree in Polymer Chemistry with related research and scientific experience
• Experience working with Marketing and Operations preferred.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in a given scientific field, either through work experience or documented publications (patent or paper)
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, and function specific software.
Strong verbal and written skills. Strong English skills to facilitate communication with the global team is preferred. |
