徐明生教授在纳米技术安全性研究领域取得重大突破

   徐明生教授在揭示纳米材料与生物体系之间的相互作用领域取得了突破性进展。

   514由“自然出版公司”(Nature Publishing Group)出版的《科学报道》(Scientific Reports 2, 406 (2012) DOI:10.1038/srep00406)发表了徐明生教授为第一作者兼通讯作者的论文“Formation of Nano-Bio-Complex as Nanomaterials Dispersed in a Biological Solution for Understanding Nanobiological Interactions”(参见http://www.nature.com/srep/2012/120514/srep00406/full/srep00406.html)。

  审稿人对这一研究工作给予了高度评价(“This manuscript represents a great step towards understanding the corona effect of nanoparticles in solution, both from proteins and ions/molecules in solution. This lays the groundwork for better understanding of nanoparticle toxicity by elucidating the role of the particle vs the role of the surface.; This type of studies is certainly important to explore cellular activities in presence of nanomaterials, particularly to understand the cellular toxicities and that is why the reported findings can have potential contribution for future applications of nanomaterials.”)。
